Any suggestions on do it at home kits that are easy and at a good price?
and which type is best...the strips, liquid....ect?

The strips are convenient if your staying home and the results lasts longer. I know some who were very disappointed with the liquids. My husband used the trays, it was pricey. He could have gotten the same results with the strips without the hassle and the extra payout.

Reply:There is a new one.... I think it's Aquafresh that is whitening trays. The Crest strips are alright. Check out gosmile too.
They will all make a difference. If you are looking for something dramatic you should talk to the dentist. Afterwards pay attention to how much coffee you drink. Cola too........ use a straw if you can.

with baking soda toothpaste helps.
