Teeth Whitening?

There's a lot of at home kits out there... but what's the best type and brand? (not homemade concoctions or toothpastes...)

Teeth Whitening?
any whitening toothpaste- also trident white (the gum) works really well. you don't have to spend a lot of money to whiten your teeth. to maintain white teeth you allways have to brush and floss often.
Reply:crest white strips.
Reply:the best way to assess your specific needs is to see a dentist. there are many gimics out there such as whitening toothpastes and rinses, gum, etc. the truth is that most people would do fine with over-the-counter crest strips. the catch is that the strips are not as effective in people with less than perfectly straight teeth. the strips are made in mass for the ideal set of teeth. custom bleaching trays made by your dentist are the best by far. other boil and bite trays are cheap and ineffective. see your dentist. you get what you pay for after all...
Reply:research. ask your friends. whatever you think works might. look at the local store or something. good luck!
Reply:I've used the strips and they've worked okay! I have been using the Listerine Whitening mouthwash for a while and that works okay! Not as quick and noticeable as the strips, but it works and is also not as "gagging". It doesn't taste the best, but it's only gargling for a minute!!!
Reply:From experience, I'd have to say Crest White Stripes..and also the night effects kind. Its about 40 bucks for both of those but its really worth it! i used to have extremely yellow teeth with white specks on them..now mine are literally pearly white and i love them...also, brush with advance white toothpaste..it has the color guide on the box...get that! even JUST using that can whiten your teeth extremely!
Reply:Crest Premium Plus Whitestrips work well. Don't waste your money on GoSmile (had little effect on me) and systems that use a light (the evening news said these were junk).
