Teeth Whitening?

Does anybody know of a good home kit or cheap salon/dentist that will whiten?

Teeth Whitening?
Crest strips are supposed to be fantastic, buy them online.
Reply:try rubbing fresh strawberrys over your teeth. There act as a natural whitener. Try it cos it really works and i aint pulling your leg hun
Reply:don't know of any good ones, but try boots they have a good range and you can ask any questions you have...

However home kits are not highly reccommended due to ingredients...so try the dentist if you don't feel confident

Never tried a home kit myslef...let me know if they any good
Reply:I have a friend whoes teeth gets stained easy, She uses a special toothpaste from the dentists and then gets a polish about three times a year. it aint cheap but does work..

Some people are unlucky that no matter what, the enamel on their teeth just stains... bad luck and good luck !
Reply:crest white strips, I've been using these for 3 years, the best out there. But can cause sensitivity. The new rembrant toothpaste, kinda pricey though. Brushing with baking soda and hydrogene peroxide. I heard brushing with salt is good too. Good luck!
Reply:i find pearl drops are the best for me, always use it after brushing my teeth with crest whitener, hope that help, all the best.
Reply:Okay. Here is your answer. Either try Rembrandt toothpaste (not sure if they sell it in the U.K.) I went to a place called, "Brite Smile" a few years ago and I drank lots of tea and coffee most of my life and therefore my teeth were not as white as I'd liked. This cost me about $300.00 and it was the shock of my life! My teeth were pure white! It took only an hour. (I remember watching, "The Matrix" while it was being done.) They use a special laser on your teeth the whole time. But, alas, they told me I could only drink tea with a STRAW, and believe me that didn't last long. Fast forward a decade later, and I have recently gone to a very good dentist. (very expensive, too :o( ) They put thin layers *veneers* of porcelain on my top teeth where it was the worst, and I feel like I have a whole new reason to smile. It IS expensive, about $1,200 a tooth, and most insurance companies will not cover it as it is cosmetic dentistry. The dentist was trying to talk me into getting my bottom teeth done, but I could have bought a small car for the entire amount. But if you want gleaming white teeth, this is the best way to go. But if you can find Rembrandt toothpaste, give it a go. Good luck!
Reply:buy some white enamel paint, a small paint brush and a steady hand, hey presto white teeth
Reply:The problem with buying kits from boot or salons is that the % is not high enough, if you want it done correctly %26amp; safe go to a dentist who will do it for you (whitening starts from about 10% which works %26amp; is safe). Also at a dentist they can make the mouth guards fit exactly to the shape of your teeth by taking moulds.

the only thing with whitening is that it can sometimes it can make your teeth sensitive but ask your dentist about this, also if you have any white filling the whitening will not whiten your fillings (%26amp; if at the front of your mouth can show more easily).

Hope this helps
Reply:Organic Baking Soda - rub on teeth and gums regularly daily
Reply:Crest whitestrips - buy them off the net...

Oh and also.. i bought this electric toothbrush called... Oral B vitality - whitening...

And it HAS actually worked... they're not 'white' but they are whiter than before.... so it's worth a try.....

I can't find it on the boots site... but it was either from boots or superdrug!
Reply:I ordered a kit from RebornSmiles.com and it was great! It has a product called Calcium White that keeps your enamel safe while whitening your teeth. It was reasonably priced too. I got custom trays directly from a lab and everything. If you go too cheap on a at-home kit, your teeth will suffer. Believe me I have tried everything. Check Them Out.
