Question about teeth whitening. Please help?

My teeth are a little yellow, probably due to poor hygiene. Is it possible to get them back to a clean white color without damaging the enamel? What I mean is...can I use multiple whitening treatments until my teeth are white, or would that damage my enamel to do so?





Also, after I do get my teeth white (if I do) how do I keep them white? I already brush my teeth everday so what am I doing wrong?


Any advice is welcome.

cute tin foil the size of your mouth and fold it but all the tooth paste you got at home like different types (if you drink coffee use a little more of that coffee white toothpaste etc.) and then leave it in your mouth yo might gag it out i OK cause the results are great tr it out
