There are now many different methods both in office and at home. length of time depends on home care and habits for example teeth are stained by coffee, tea , wine grape juice, cigarettes, etc. If you want a fast dramatic result go to your dentist. the at home products work fairly well especially if your teeth are in good shape and well aligned.
