I use listerine pre brush mouthwash and I think colgate whitening cinamin flavour. Should I try something else? Does salt really work?

To whiten? If u really want white teeth it is only your dentist can make your teeth really white.
Chairside whitening or at home whitening (pola, nite white, rembrant). Your dentist will take impression of your teeth and then fabricate a mouthpiece. You use the mouthpiece to do home whitening for 2 weeks at least. It is quite expensive but you got your moneys worth.
