Hydrogen Peroxide! It%26#039;s the stuff that comes in a brown bottle and can be bought at any drugstore for under $1! Just take a capful of it and swish it in your mouth for about 10 minutes a day (I do it while I%26#039;m in the shower). It will whiten your teeth AND help prevent canker sores and blisters. Also try soaking your toothbrush in a cup of it overnight for even more results.

Reply:I know someone who actually swishes her teeth with Peroxide. This is not a real good idea. I don%26#039;t see that it has helped her. She is a heavy Tea drinker. The best thing to do is talk with your Dentist. I had a bleaching tray made for me and get a special bleaching formula from them, when ever I need to do a touch up. In the long run it%26#039;s cheaper than the stuff in the stores.
