Teeth Whitening?

So I%26#039;m getting my teeth whitened this weekend. Is there anything painful in this procedure? I%26#039;ve never done this before. Anything negative about it? I%26#039;m kinda nervous. Any helpful advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!!☼

Teeth Whitening?
They will make a mold of your teeth.

You will bite down on this puddy-like stuff to make the impression. This isn%26#039;t painful.

They will make the mouthpiece from the mold in a couple of days and you will go back to the office to get your mouthpiece %26amp; gel for bleeching the teeth.

Some folks have gum sensitivity, but I had no pain at all.
Reply:It depends on what type of whitening you are having done. Mine did not hurt at all. Afterwards my teeth were a little sensitive, but for the most part it was great! Just be sure you don%26#039;t drink any pop, coffee, or red or purple juices, because there is a chance it can take away some of the new whiteness.
Reply:all i know is my friend had it done and she said it was so painful she had to tell them to stop. another friend of mine had hers whitened by laser and she said it wasnt painful at all, just really expensive, in fact i think laser whitening is the most expensive of all. good luck anyway. i want mine done too one day
Reply:I had my teeth whitened, it wasn%26#039;t a one time visit though. They did make a mold, and gave me some gel to squirt in that mold. I had to wear that, like twice every day...it did hurt. It was the peroxide in it which caused it to burn.
