Teeth whitening?

i heard gargling hydrogen peroxide makes teeth whiter. does it really work %26amp; how long will it take b4 i c results?

Teeth whitening?
Rinsing with peroxide will not hurt you, actually in the dental office i work in we recommend it to patients with gum abscesses. But I have never heard of it making your teeth whiter. If you are wanting your teeth whitened you can either have them bleached by your dentist which is the best or use over the counter products. If you choose over the counter then I would try the crest white strips, I have heard from our patients that they like this best. Where I work we use the Zoom bleaching which was used on extreme makeover. It works really well %26amp; you will se results immediately.
