Teeth whitening?

I don%26#039;t have massively stained/ yellow teeth, but I would like them to be a little bit whiter/ brighter. Is there anything, preferably over the counter and not from the dentist, that people have tried and found worked? Any suggestions and costs would be fab. I%26#039;m in the UK :)

Teeth whitening?
I%26#039;ve heard dentists that reccomend Crest Whitening Strips. I haven%26#039;t tried them though, but they are over the counter and would be worth a try. Good luck to you!
Reply:Bicarbonate soda will whiten your teeth
Reply:%26quot;Crest Whitestrips%26quot; work for me. they cost about $25 (canadian) for a 2 week supply. they say to use them twice a day, but i find that once a day is enough(i smoke and drink coffee).
Reply:Monkey dust..no really im not taking the p!ss, some people call it black tooth powder. the process is a bit messy but ur teeth really shine!
Reply:I bought a toothpaste called arm%26amp;hammer from tesco for about 3.50 quids, it seems to be working fine... otherwise they sell another one for 7 quid that should give you the hollywood smile! XD
Reply:This is going to sound weird, but I have heard many people say that an effective homeopathic method is to crush strawberries and rub them on your teeth.

I have no idea whether it really works, but I%26#039;ve been thinking of trying it myself.
Reply:This is gonna sound pretty stoopid! but have been on eBay and in the woman%26#039;s clothes category, there is a tooth whitening product that uses gel and a light...look it up?! I have put it on my watched item list and considering it;?

If I actually get it, I%26#039;ll let you know if it works!!! Although the feedback does look authentic from the reviews!
