Does Listerine Whitening Really work?

It did on my teeth. It was not a dramatic change, but it was change:-)
Reply:I used a Colgate whitening toothpaste and that work.





But you have to avoid anything that would stain your teeth ie. smoking, caffeine, etc.





Listerine whitening could work too i guess.
Reply:It works well enough for me. It isn%26#039;t like 8 shades whiter great, but it does brighten your teeth up a bit if you use it as.directed and my teeth feel cleaner using it. You won%26#039;t see results right away, but over time you will see in pictures that your smile is whiter and brighter.

Reply:if you do that it will just corrode and dissolve them. try those Listerine whitening strips that dissolve! that might help.
Reply:Good question! Maybe if paired with Peroxide (which is also an active ingrediant in whitening strips, etc). Brushing with peroxide brightens teeth, destroys bacteria, helps with dry mouth and dissolves plaque. The bonus is that the Listerine Whitening will freshen your breath after that bland aftertaste peroxide leaves. My 2 friends who have bright smiles, individually said they brush with peroxide. And it only cost about .60 cents for a bottle. Can%26#039;t beat that. Hope it helps!
