Can anyone recommend a reasonable way to whiten teeth without paying a dentist please

i went the dentist and paid over £300 for the tray and 4 10 o/o bleach syringles then went to ebay 2 yrs later and found 35o/o bleach 4 of and trays for all in with postal £13 try there xx

Reply:Asda sell a 7 day whitening kit for about £5.00 its in a purple and white box and its called Bright White. Its absolutely brilliant - i buy a box about every 3 months and it keeps my teeth nicely white - not film star white but they look good!

sorry but there is no substitute but the dentist i know it is not cheap but i had mine done a while back and they are still white

I am going to to try Crest Premium Whitestrips.





They normally sell them at dentists as there is14% hydrogen peroxide in them they are quite strong. However, they are on Ebay UK £27 plus P%26amp;P for 48 strips. (Remember the PREMIUM ones are the strongest and apparantly the most effective).





They have excellent reviews. You put a strip on teeth for 30 mins morning %26amp; night %26amp; you see a difference after a few days. The results last 12-18 months! I think they are worth a try.





If they don%26#039;t work I%26#039;m going save up to treat myself at the dentist. There%26#039;s nothing better than a lovely crisp white smile!

Reply:i don%26#039;t recommend white strips because my friend says they fall off easily and aren%26#039;t that effective. i use listerine whitening mouth wash. it works great and you can use it the same way you use any mouthwash so you don%26#039;t waste any more time.
