At this time I am using the crest white strips plus. They work great! I was worried that i was throwing out my money and it wouldnt work but my teeth havent been this white in a long time.

Reply:if you want to spend money the dentist has a laser whitening treatment like what the celebrities use but me myself for long term i actually any Colgate whitening tooth paste it keeps my teethe super white even the dentist asked had i ever had my teethe done and i have a friend who had yellow teethe from smoking and after using this permanently his teeth are whiter make sure its whitening preferably with baking soda and peroxide it cleans great too

Reply:To get the best results, I would recommend getting a bleaching kit from your dentist. They will make a custom tray to properly fit to your teeth and you will apply the bleaching gel at home 1-2 times per day for about 2 weeks. Keep in mind that crowns and fillings(silver and tooth colored) will not bleach out. Have them record the shade of your teeth before you start, then match the shade again when you%26#039;re done.... you%26#039;ll be amazed at the difference!

The dentist also does professional whitenings. The popular one out there is %26quot;Zoom%26quot; whitening right. I%26#039;ve seen several dentists offer special prices. Or they also offer whitening trays. But try the strips just so you can see if they work. If not, you can always go the dentist route. Also, the Sonicare got my teeth really white. I went back to the dentist after 3 months of using it and she was amazed. She said I didn%26#039;t even need teeth bleaching. But you have to be super gentle with it. Good luck!

Reply:Your best option to whiten teeth is to have laser treatment done by a dentist. It can be pricey though and is not an option for everyone. The treatment is usually a one time visit and is done and over with, some people consider that alone worth the price. :-) Other options are getting a bleaching kit from your dentist. These are strong, work well and are safe. Your dentist may even be able to make custom fitted trays for your bleaching so that only your teeth are bleached, and not your gums, etc. (they can become inflamed and irritated). After those I would say the Paint-on type whiteners available at local stores. I know that many people use Crest White strips, but they can have some problems, including irritation over sensitivity, (Even from just one application). The %26quot;paint on%26quot; ensures that you get the benefit without the problems associated with overly large strips that cover up gum tissue as well. Good luck. Have a great day! :-)
