Teeth whitening?

i%26#039;ve heard mixed reviews about home kit teeth whiteners, ut just wondering what your views are? i clean my teeth 3/4 times a day and have never had any fillings/braces or anything but they still seem to be naturally yellow )= i%26#039;d really love white teeth but just can%26#039;t afford to have it done at the dentist atm so just wondering if anyone has any home kit recommendations. they have to be purchasable in the uk %26amp; uf you have an idea of price that would be useful too.. thankkkkks

I used Crest White Strips and they did wonders for me. I did the 21-day program, but now they have shorter timeframes, like 7-day. I%26#039;m not sure of pricing or availability in the UK, but I would highly recommend them. If you find them too expensive, I%26#039;ve heard the brushing with Peroxide can help. Reply:crest white strips work well and are fairly inexpensive. If you brush your teeth 4 times a day, you might be damaging the tooth enamel, causing your teeth to look yellow. Also, stop drinking tea, coffee, or anything that stains your teeth. Smoking will stain your teeth too.

but i suggest you dont get it done. Just brush and floss reguarly. It ruins your gums. thats why stars never show there gums
Reply:Hi! I had this problem too! But i buy Crest Whitestrips! U have to use the strips 2 times a day for 30 min. each! And their price is around 25-30 dollars a box! (That%26#039;s the kind I buy) And i have been using them for over a month now and many people have complimented me on how white and beautiful my teeth are. The Crest Whitestrips may be more expensive than other brands, but that%26#039;s because they are worth it and they work better!

Reply:I tried the at home gel trays but they made me drool all over myself and honestly had to take them out every 5 minutes which kinda killed the reason to use them. I hated them. Tried the strips and they worked well. Try the gel strips, cheap and effective.
