Teeth Whitening?
It isnt very strong, but it does work. I would recommend whitening your teeth with a kit, then using this to preserve the whitening. That%26#039;s what I do.





You can use it with braces, but be careful. If you whiten your teeth while wearing braces, You will have yellow spots where the metal stubs used to be after you get them off. I would wait until they are off and do the whitening at one time.

Reply:I used it for about a month and there%26#039;s no dramatic difference, so I%26#039;m guessing it takes a while.





You can use that with braces.





You use it after you brush your teeth.








Crest Whitening Strips are the safest and quickest, but it%26#039;s not recommended with braces. However, I used it with braces and it still worked.
