What are some ways to whiten you teeth at home?

Everyone will answer with all of those expensive whitening strips, but at Wal-mart I found a kit that is called 5 min. whitening. It has trays and gel, it works great! and fast! Only about $10. Also floss everyday, brush with a whitening toothpaste and use mouthrinse. That is what I do and I get comments all the time on how white my teeth are....of course I tell them I%26#039;m doing nothing specail just brushing...lol

Any of the Arm %26amp; Hammer or baking soda toothpastes.

Reply:Rembrant has a bleaching kit for home use...my friend uses it and she is really good at keeping her teeth white....it%26#039;s REALLY expensive though...I hope this helps
