Teeth whitening?

is it dangerous to use hydrogen perioxide, mixed with toothpaste or otherwise, to whiten teeth? and if not, does it even work? what other options are there? i really don%26#039;t want to ask my mom to buy me whitestrips or anything if i don%26#039;t have to. oh and the peroxide thing, i mean if i DON%26#039;T swallow it. i%26#039;m not that stupid. thank you very much for helping. it is greatly appreciated!

Teeth whitening?
Commercial tooth whiteners use hydrogen peroxide and

are expensive and inconvenient. A cheap and natural tooth whitening home remedy uses few strawberries but certain precautions have to be taken.I found the information at http://tinyurl.com/ep7yg
Reply:in my opinion

i would not put peroxide in my mouth even if you don%26#039;t swallow it

ask your mom to get you some crest white strips

try baking powder for help with whitening..it tastes bad but it helps a little bit
Reply:Yes peroxide can aid %26quot;cleaning%26quot; your teeth, but little is said about the %26quot;whitening%26quot; ability. Some brands of toothpaste already contain small amounts of peroxide. If you really want %26#039;em white you need to see a dentist. White strips work on a small portion of your front teeth, but can also leave the rest of your mouth it%26#039;s original color, which is even worse!
