Have u had your teeth whitened using trays from your dentist, what did u think of it?

yes, it hurt a bit and made my teeth very sensitive for a couple of days.


but it was totally worth it.


i get compliments on my teeth all the time now!

and i liked it it worked but it worked just as good as the white trays that you get at the drug store so i would save the money and just get those
Reply:I have been using a gel whitening agent that I got at Walgreens%26#039;. I have been putting a small amount on my toothbrush along with some toothpaste and brushing my teeth.. in mess than two weeks I can see the biggest difference!! I am still using it everyday,, but only a smaller amount.
Reply:Yes I did and it works great, my teeth had been yellowed from smoking, but I quit, and then had my teeth cleaned and all the yellow tobacco stains disappeared. Of course I think you need to have it done every year to keep them white, but mine look much better than they did before.
Reply:Also I was told that u can swish with hydrogen peroxide for about 10 seconds between whitening. I tried it and thought that it worked quite well....feels great to. I checked with Dentist, he said fine!!
