does anyone know if ithere is anything you can do to whiten your teeth, besides whitening strips?





and do crest whitening stips actually work??

Crest strips do work if you use them as directed which can be kind of a pain. You can have the ZOOM or Britesmile done. Those are done in the office by a qualified assistant and can take up to 2 hours to complete but they get pricey anywhere from $250 and up! Also you can get custom fit for trays and do it yourself they will fit a lot better then the whitestrips and all you have to do it buy the tubes of bleach for them.

Reply:I've noticed that they sell the Crest Whitestrips at my dental office. They have it at every station, and that's what made me buy them. Of course, I didn't buy them when I was at the dentist, but I bought them at the drugstore a few days later.





They work well, although they may make your teeth and gums sensitive so just watch out for that. But for 35 bucks, it's a lot cheaper than getting professional whitening done.
