Teeth whitening strips?

I am thinking of buying crest whitening strips to whiten my teeth or aquafresh strips to whiten my teeth? Has anyone had any good experience with using the strips? Which brand do you feel is the best of all? I brush my teeth three times a day and they still don't look white or not even close to it. I just want a great smile. I have an overbite so I don't have a great smile but people say they like it when I smile. What can I do to make my teeth whiter?

Teeth whitening strips?
Crest are very goood.......but try swishing with 50% peroxide and water also.
Reply:the dentist reccomended crest whitening strips to me, so i would give those a try
Reply:use CREST enamel free

i just asked my dentist said there fine
Reply:Crest White Strips is good brand. I've used it before and it worked for me. My friends and family noticed the difference then and now. My teeth still looks whiter than before.
Reply:I think you should use crest whitening strips. I use them all the time!
Reply:i tried crest whitestrips a long time ago and i didn't like it since it didn't help that much whitening my teeth and it didn't cling to my teeth for the whole 3 minutes or whatever. plus it tasted weird after. i wouldn't try it again anytime soon. but try the aquafresh ones, they look like they work better.
Reply:I've use the crest white strips I got them from my dentist so they are a little bit more powerful. I've also used crest night effects...not as good! Good luck!!
Reply:my grandma used crest and it worked ok but it didn't make them totally shiny (but i'm not sure if she used them right or not). and she stopped. so i think that u should use the crest because if u use them long enough, it will probably work good.
Reply:Crest Premium Whitestrips -- you use them for 10 days I believe --- my teeth were pretty yellow and After that they were sooooo white ( only took 3 days to start to see a diff) and now I just redo every 18 months or so....They also have a money back garantee if you are not happy with results!

also I use a baking soda whitening toothpaste to brush everyday!
Reply:Use baking soda and peroxide. I think that's the combination. Anyway, look it up. The tooth whitening strips aren't good for your teeth, although they are used widely. Just a lot of money for something you can do with home ingredients. Good luck!
Reply:RIP OFF! make your own! use 1 teaspoon of baking soda and 3 drops of hydrogen peroxide mix until paste and then brush on teeth u will see results in the same amount of time and ina fraction of the price
Reply:Dentist told me not to use any store bought whitening product. because it wears away the enamal and ruins your gums. Most doctors have lowered their prices on whitening because of all the store bought products out there.
Reply:I use crest White Strips. I dunno about Aquafresh because I've never tried it....but Crest is good.
Reply:ah, from personal experience, both sucked for me. they destroyed my teeth that i had to get them bonded and my teeth werent noticeably whiter.

my sister used crest and they worked excellently for her.

if you have weak enamel, like me, spend the money and get them done professionally. mine look great!!
Reply:crest is goood . I also use crest whittening tootpaste to keep them white.
Reply:I've used crest w. s in the past and my teeth are still white. I get compliments in every one of my photos about my smile.
Reply:OTC whitening strips will work, but they do not have the strength of the whitening gels you get at a dental office. You can purchase trays at a denal office without having custom trays made.

Unfortunatly, I don't remember the name. However, they cost much less than custom trays (around 35-60 dollars). Custom trays will run upwards of 200-300 dollars.
Reply:Try the lazer whitening. Your teeth will stay white for a year or more.
Reply:I have used the Crest White strips and they work really well. I recently bought some generic ones from my local Walgreen's Pharmacy and they work well too.
Reply:I discovered that one major disadvantage with tooth whitening strips is that they don't whiten your teeth evenly. This is because they are not able to reach the nooks and crannies. They are better at just addressing the front teeth. I think that tooth whitening trays that are customized to fit your teeth combined with a tooth whitening gel enable you to achieve better results overall. Also, the cost is far less compared with going to a dentist to do the whitening.

Whichever method you choose, you have to be prepared to maintain the results. This is because it is unlikely that you would have given up on the lifestyle choices that caused the tooth staining in the first place. For example, coffee, tea, red wine and smoking.
