Brightsmile is very expensive and can cause a lot of sensitivity. Also, after you have it done, you should not smoke, drink colas, teas, or wines. FOR A WHILE, or you will be wasting your money. Stick to Crest Whitestrips or Rembrandt ones, and see if you like their results first. Do the 5 or 7 day ones. Do as directed. I think you will be pleased. Stay away from all those staining things I said above, also.
