Teeth whitening ( polanight co uk) advice wanted ?

I need some advice about my stained teeth, I have been advised by my dentist to use polanight to whiten my teeth at home as polanight is very effective at bleaching your teeth.





Has anyone else used ( polanight co uk ) teeth whitening gels ?

I have used polanight dental bleach and it was fantastic !





My teeth are so much whiter than my whole life has changed, I can now go out doors and dont mind people looking at me.





I would reccomend polanight to anyone, it works for amazing whiter teeth, and YES it is very very effective, I puchased it via my dentist but you can buy it much cheaper online.

Reply:You should use poroxide and swish it around your mouth. But dont swallow it because you could trow up i know i did. Leave it there for about 1 minute everyday.
Reply:Gels are highly effective. Zoom whitening which is supposedly 10 times faster is very expensive and doesnt last. Good luck.
Reply:my ex used a whitening pack from boots was £9.95 and it had a gum shield you put stuff into it over a month and it did whiten his teeth,see about bleaching expensive but effective.x
